PIPPIN is based at 46 Clover Walk, Portland, OR. Contact our coordinator at hello@pippin.example or (503) 555-0140 with a privacy question. Please keep the first message brief so we can direct it to the appropriate person.
Information from an enquiry
The website form asks for your name, contact details and a brief outline of the service you want to discuss. We use those details to respond, arrange the next conversation and manage any work you subsequently agree with us. Do not include payment information, passwords or private records in a general enquiry.
How the information is handled
Enquiries are shared with the people who need them to arrange the requested service. Correspondence is kept only for the enquiry, agreed work and relevant record-keeping needs. We do not use a website enquiry to add you to a marketing list. Information needed for a separate service is discussed through the appropriate agreed channel.
Website services and your questions
Example photography may load from an external image host, which receives normal connection information. This demonstration has no visitor advertising or account system. To ask about information you have supplied, contact hello@pippin.example or (503) 555-0140; we may need to confirm identity before discussing an individual record.
