Agreeing the scope
A website request starts a conversation; it does not reserve an appointment, authorize work or create an engagement. We confirm the service, responsibilities, timing and any practical requirements in writing before the work begins.
Fees and payment
The pricing page provides a starting guide in US dollars, with the service unit stated beside each amount. The written estimate or appointment confirmation identifies the actual scope, included work, payment schedule and any applicable taxes or additional charges. Extra work is discussed before it is added.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact the coordinator at least 24 hours before changing an appointment. Any deposit or charge for reserved time is explained in the booking confirmation before you agree to the visit.

Include the reference or visit date and a brief outline so the right person can review it. We discuss the original scope and agree the appropriate next step with you.
