Approval before access
We agree the work with the designated account owner and document which systems are in scope. Access is arranged through the approved business channel; the website enquiry form must not contain credentials.

Named responsibilities
The project record identifies who approves changes, who owns the accounts and which temporary access has been arranged. Questions outside the agreed scope are raised before the work expands.
MODULE 03

A clear handover
At the end of the work we review the completed changes and access arrangements with the account owner. Temporary access is removed or changed as agreed, and ongoing support responsibilities are documented separately.
