Image delivery and use
Make delivery and permission arrangements clear in advance.
FRAME 01
Your finished gallery
Portrait galleries are usually prepared within ten working days of the session. Brand and event delivery dates are agreed in the shoot proposal, alongside the selection and finishing scope.
FRAME 02
A useful image license
Personal sessions include a personal-use license. Business work has a written commercial-use scope covering the intended channels. Transfers, third-party use and expanded campaigns are discussed before a different use is agreed.
FRAME 03
People and permissions
We discuss location permissions, requested releases and portfolio preferences during planning. The final agreement records the usage and any restrictions so the images can be used with a clear brief.
