Theo turns broad concerns into a manageable subject brief. He discusses the learner’s perspective before setting the focus of a first tutoring block.

The first conversation is about the current work, the learner’s perspective and a useful goal. We agree the subjects and session format, keep practice manageable and review the learning plan together. No grades or examination outcomes are guaranteed.
